You need to mod the exe, or a shortcut to it, with the sisi IP Address... but i'll save you the trouble... Sisi isn't up either... LOL
EDIT:
Since i can't double post.... To set up test, copy your eve folder and create a shorcut to the copy exe and add the sisi IP as a switch on the end of the shortcut's Target field.
Here is my shortcut string: "C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE - Copy\eve.exe" /server:87.237.38.50
